Lost or Damaged Packages
PassionByNour is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Returns & Refunds for Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a product, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise agreed.
